Claire is a multiple award-winning innovator with a proven track record of developing and scaling bold, ethical technology.

A serial entrepreneur and technology enthusiast, Claire has founded and scaled multiple technology-centric businesses that have targeted future-facing market gaps and helped industries develop fundamental building blocks to leverage new technology capabilities. These have included one of the UK's leading property market analysis and CRM tools, now used by thousands of estate agents across the country, and developing the geospatial data and mapping capability that enabled Royal Mail's first parcel delivery by drone in 2020.

Then in 2022, she launched COCO Software, a collaborative software development agency that not only harnesses vibe coding tools but also trains founders and innovators in these skills, ensuring a truly collaborative partnership during software development. The agency partners with visionary founders and mission-driven organisations to bring bold ideas to life through ethical, inclusive and accessible technology.

Her latest venture as Co-Founder and CEO is PupilPower, an immersive VR learning platform powered by AI. It boosts learning comprehension and tackles student disengagement, and is also developing an early screener AI model to provide objective data to support earlier neurodivergent diagnoses and shape truly personalised educational pathways.

In addition to her ventures, she maintains an active portfolio of roles: she serves as a Fractional CTO to YourHeartCheck, leveraging F1 precision-engineered technology for remote heart health monitoring; she is a dedicated Mentor for the UK Space Agency Accelerator; and she acts as ClarusBlue's expert in helping businesses integrate and leverage technology and innovation to scale successfully.
