The personal information we collect from you is your full name, address, email address, phone number, encrypted record of login passwords, information about working status, company and job role, IP address and information regarding which pages are accessed and when. We may also collect further information during coaching sessions in the form of coaching notes and when engaging in consulting services.

Contract
In certain circumstances we need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligations. For example, if you are, or plan to become, a ClarusBlue client, we will, in addition to the above, also process your personal data under contract:
a. When in discussions with you about entering into an agreement for consulting or coaching services
b. When we have an agreement or contract with you.

In specific situations we can collect and process your data with your consent.
When you complete an online form you may be asked for your consent to send you newsletters. If you choose not to opt-in, we will not send you newsletters.

The information we collect is primarily processed in the United Kingdom, or in locations used by third-party service providers we use to provide our services. When you access the ClarusBlue website some of your data is stored on Squarespace.
Contact forms submitted to us are processed by Squarespace. Access to information is by user name, password and 2-step authentication. We advise you to look at Squarespace’s privacy statements for more information.
Information provided by you such as via online forms may be stored in Microsoft Office 365 or Google applications. Access to information is by user name, password and 2-step authentication.
When booking a call such as for a coaching session your information will be processed by Acuity:Scheduling and any payments will be processed via tbc. We advise you to look at the aforementioned services’ privacy statements for more information.
We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connect with or during negotiations of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding in connection with sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset.
If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Does ClarusBlue transfer your information outside the United Kingdom?
As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the United Kingdom (UK). This may happen if any of the hosted servers or hosted infrastructure on which our services and tools are based are from time to time located in a country outside the UK.
