Creation and development of high performing teams
Are your teams high-performing? Are your teams even working as ‘teams’? Do your teams have a track record of high performance, or is there something lacking? Do they communicate, collaborate and work as they should – or is there conflict, drama and you see not much getting done? How are your teams led and what sort of work-practice methodologies do they follow?
Using scientifically proven techniques such as Belbin Team Roles, we can look at the team composition and assess the strengths and weaknesses of each of your workgroups, taking a deep dive into how they work – assessing and improving ways of working (such as using Agile or Lean). Finally, we can assess team culture and understand if there are the elements present that you need; things like Innovation, Continuous Improvement or Psychological Safety.
Typically, we would engage in the following:
Belbin Team Roles review (individual and team based)
A strengths and weaknesses assessment for your natural workgroups and mitigation plans, with coaching and support for Leaders
An assessment of current ways-of-working, including Agile review or Lean
A mindset and cultural review
These initial team sessions are usually a half to one day long and are great fun way to explore team and individual dynamics.

Design and review of your desired Target State, including targets in the form of key success measures and plans to regain or restore market share or profitability
A detailed and comprehensive Transformation Roadmap, tailored to your specific needs with each element outlined, that gets you to your target state. This should include Training, revised Ways-of Working and Cultural changes
We provide ongoing Coaching and support throughout your change process, with hands-on help where needed with restructuring, cost reduction and capability building
